I love this monitor! I like to work while traveling whenever possible and had to bring a larger/heavier laptop due to the need for a larger screen. This monitor solves that problem! The product arrived with no problems, the cables that came with it were all I needed to connect the computers and the connection started with no problems. Included in the package was a 2 year warranty registration notice (a bit unexpected but very valuable!) via email to customer service. The team was quick to respond and handled everything so well! One of the best customer service teams I have ever dealt with. The only misunderstanding I had was that I thought I could connect my 2015 MacBook Pro to USB-C, but the included HDMI cable works in this situation. Overall the monitor is as advertised. Amazing video/image quality, great sound quality, screen size big enough for all your needs, versatile usage modes and flexible stand angles. Definitely recommend!
