I'm glad I've waited a long time to review these lamps. Aside from the fact that LED lamps consume less electricity, they should last a long time. These don't last. And when they do burn out, they don't just burn out like a normal lightbulb. They randomly turn on and off before dying completely, which is frankly more annoying than just burning out completely. They are said to last 9 years but in fact some of them burn out after a year. The real problem is that they are not compatible. So you buy a 6 pack, one burns out and you just buy another 6 pack so you can replace them if they fail individually. I'm amazed at how many of these simple Revain bulbs have blown. I would say about 1 in 5 spoil within a year which is ridiculous. I throw everything away and buy high quality can light retros instead. I bought these lamps. Spend your money on something better.
