Revainrating 5 out of 5

Illustrators, especially marker users, grab a pack!

This rating is based on illustrations made using this paper. Keep this in mind. Paper is quite expensive, but you get a whopping 250 pages for that. So you don't have to look for it for a while unless you're used to throwing paper away because of mistakes or something. The paper is like a smooth bristol from a cannon or stratmore. It is smooth with minimal sheen. It takes almost any type of ink very well and dries quickly without the need for a fan as is sometimes required with thicker watercolor papers. (Also, I'm left-handed, so I smear the ink if the ink stays wet for more than a minute or two.) I use a variety of pens, sigma micron pens, kuretake brush pens, etc. etc. sometimes pure ink and brush . . Paper is great for all of this. Then I can pull out the alcohol markers and get to work without worrying about smeared lines. With Bristol, I usually have to heat the paper or wait for it to dry. So if you are an artist who uses art markers I would highly recommend this paper, it takes markers very well. It may have a tendency to fade. Ink or marker if you soak paper, also pay attention to that.
