Works well but the hose doesn't seem to stay in the air conditioner or the window, this part is a very bad design if you buy this you just have to know that You also have to go into the sanctuary and do some rustic stuff to set it up right where it's not coming out

The cost is ridiculous. It's not even worth it. It is so light that baby can move it. The included ice pack is useless. My $20 box fan works better than this one. Glad I was able to return and get a full refund.

Product is great for once you connect to Wi-Fi and you're locked out...kids won't know what's going on...although this air conditioner works great it is The best thing about free-standing models is that it doesn't close the window...just set it up and your "room" is ready to move into! Don't leave the door open boy!

The seller was completely honest. It's just not what it should be. If you're just using it as a fan, it's great. Since our central air conditioning failed, we needed more than one fan. It's hot in Memphis in the summer. In any case, we received the goods quickly. The seller was good. I would, but from them again, just not a product like this

I love how quiet this air conditioner is, but I don't see how they can say it cools up to 350 square feet. ft. We have it in a 12 x 12 bedroom and are finding this space difficult to cool - the bedroom door needs to be closed and the AC set to 61 degrees (lowest setting) to keep the space comfortable.

This works well for cooling my bedroom. Impossible to work at night as it's still too noisy to sleep with even on low fan speed. I haven't downloaded or used the app controls, but the remote control isn't the best. After putting new batteries in and making sure I pointed it where it belongs, it still barely works and is only 6-7 feet away.

We have several heat rooms in our house. It's stuffy in the Georgia heat. At first I thought the water he was using would make the air more humid than it already was. My fears were allayed. This is a great fan. I accidentally defrosted my freezer and put the ice I broke off into the water supply. It was so beautiful that everyone fell asleep. 😁

This air conditioner won't keep the heat out when the outside temperature is over 90°C unless you put it in a tiny bedroom. The wheels don't roll on carpet, making it difficult to move. There are cutouts on the sides intended for handles, but they only reach about half an inch, so you won't be able to use them for their intended purpose. It's also a fairly quiet device.

It's noisy when cooling, especially at night, sounds like the fan is a little scratchy and needs to be vented very often. and the window kit doesn't exactly match the pipe to the window so hot air comes in so I had to tape it off but to cool a 200 sqft room. Refund They tell you to keep the item, we refund you and you will never get your money. It's a list. Stay tuned. Buy another brand. It's 90 degrees or higher.
