Item arrived quickly. However, upon installation into our church's audio system (which ran from the computer's sound card to the 1/4-inch jack in the mixer) it was immediately apparent that there was a problem. Tip, ring, sleeve on the 3.5 mm plug are either defective or incorrectly soldered. If I insert the plug all the way, I only get one channel with the audio of the song or the audio from the video file. I was able to partially pull the plug and connect another channel. But never both. I tested the 3.5mm connector on multiple input devices with the same results. I think I will have to send it back. But with shipping on a product that costs $9.99, it's really a losing proposition for us consumers. So buyers beware.
