Excellent quality spool. I used to order the Singer brand as well, they are even better than the Singer brand. I love metal over plastic - the plastic that came with the Singer machine got stuck on the spool stand one day and I couldn't get any help from Singer as service levels went down due to COVID-19. I then found out on Google that this was because the filament was too tight and the plastic spool was changing shape.
