Well, this lamp is a clone of the floor lamp. It installs and fits the same way. It doesn't come with installation instructions like the original lamp, but it's most likely in your projector's manual (they were for me). I'm disappointed in the brightness. This is my third lamp overall. Last time I installed a new OEM replacement that cost twice as much. When I was new, in the brightest mode on my project, this bulb was so bright it hurt my eyes. This also happened when the projector was brand new. But this pear is much darker. I don't know, maybe it's defective. There is no noise or smell, otherwise the picture is normal. But like in a dark room, the picture is almost impossible to see in theater mode, which I've always used with standard bulbs before. I will contact the seller to discuss a replacement. Just not good enough.
