Review on 🏞️ Outdoor Activities for Children: A Beginner's Guide to Getting Started by Patrick Cox

I flew this kite in near perfect conditions from the balcony of a rented house by the sea in OBX. It crashed a few times, probably my fault for not paying enough attention to the task. I used a good string spool and better line than the one that came with the kit. I suspect this saved the kite when it hit the water and was hit by a moderate surf. I pulled the line again, catching the wind, and she emerged from the surf, soaked to the skin. I was very surprised as I was sure it would be lost or broken before I could reach it. The kite was intact and was never missed. It was a fairly easy kite to launch in these ideal conditions, assuming it needed a bit of watching and work or it would find its way to the bottom/surf. I don't know why, I flew others that could be lifted in the air and tied while you pulled back and they flew on. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars in the beginner category. Results may vary but I think this is a fantastic kite for the money.
