Let me start by saying that the package arrived a day early. I was honestly skeptical about these headphones as I prefer to sit overhead when exercising. I decided to only use them when shopping or in the office but after my 3 mile night run I was very impressed they stayed in them and didn't move the entire time. I don't remember them being noise canceling but they block everything which is a plus for me when I'm working out and can just ignore everything. The sound is amazing. Very happy and impressed with these boots.
