I've been looking for small stereo speakers for my PC for quite some time and have tried several types. I want small speakers with a small footprint, less than five inches tall, with a front headphone jack and volume control. The speaker's appearance, volume and sound quality should also be appropriate. I didn't like the idea of a separate power plug for a power panel or outlet, so I tried out some pretty nice USB speakers, but the problem was that they were barely audible. This set of USB speakers isn't loud (I don't like loud music/sound anyway), but loud enough that I can hear clearly when watching the dramas I stream every day. The headphone jack on the front is essential for not disturbing my wife's sleep. Yes, the volume control does not work when headphones are plugged in. never mind Users can use headphones with volume control by changing the volume in the taskbar or changing the volume in the browser. The cable between the two speakers is just long enough for my setup with two 22" monitors. I don't know if that still fits for two 24" monitors. I have a complaint. The seller probably sent me the item in an open box. On the outside of the box, the plastic wrap and sticker were missing when the box was opened, the box showed signs of wear. The speakers did look new though and I love this speaker set so no star deduction for that.
