I've only had them a week but have already ordered another pair. I saw they were $7 cheaper than last week and went ahead and ordered. I love her. I'm 5ft 6" and my calves are 15" long, most of which are muscle. They fit very well (s/m). I wear them as often as possible, sometimes under my jeans when I go shopping. I can't explain it, but they just make me feel like I've become more resilient. You make me feel better. It's almost like the feel of a weighted blanket on your calves. It's a pleasant feeling. When it comes to exercise, I'm a normal person trying to do more. For the past few years I've had terrible shin splints and numbness in my legs from walking quickly, usually for about an hour. I hope they help along with the new shoes. In the meantime, I've tried jumping rope, running, and doing intervals on my treadmill with them in the basement. Yes, my legs still hurt a bit, but generally I didn't feel any pain the next day. I will continue to try them in different scenarios such as the upcoming physical karate night. I will update my review and star rating as needed. My second pair will arrive today so I feel like I can wash them and not be left without them. Besides, they don't stink yet. And they don't feel wet when I take them off. Very good.
