Review on Macally Wireless Number Pad Laptop by Everett Underberg

I'm not sure if my item was a unique defect or something was wrong with the product. The multiplication button didn't work no matter what I did. I contacted support and they made me try different ways to fix the problem but it was never resolved. They offered to send a replacement but I decided not to risk this product and ordered another from a different company. It's a bit rude that there is a charge for restocking even though the product page states that returns are free. I would like to add that everything else on this keyboard worked fine (for example the +, - and = keys) and it was easy to connect to my Mac.
