I liked the stemless design and upgraded my old Plantronics 725 to this new model. Got the same great features like ANC, a mute button, plus the lack of a mic boom and the addition of player controls. The USB connector had an LED mute indicator. The ear pads were larger, softer and more comfortable than the Plantronics 725. After 3 months of light use, the headset suddenly stopped working. I tried troubleshooting first and almost burned my hand when I disconnected the headset from the PC. When the plug cooled down, I put it back into the USB tester and saw the current/voltage of the short. Don't leave it plugged into a powered USB port overnight, you can easily burn your space. I was lucky that this happened while using the headset. Warranty service sucks. You will have to pay for the return shipping and then ship the refurbished headset back to you.
