Easy to use with no training needed! The software is easy for our users (who are not computer savvy) as well. There have been times where I've had questions or issues that could be resolved if we were able to access their support team via email - but it's so much easier when you can just open up your product in front of them face-to-face instead!! Sometimes there will come an issue/bug fix from us and they'll release new versions without letting anyone know about such changes until after things go live which causes some confusion amongst customers who may think it was intentional by design rather than mistake. This has happened multiple occasions though only once did this cause any significant negative impact upon customer relations. If anything comes along while using Acrobat Reader Pro X then sometimes Adobe doesn't update quickly enough causing errors within Acrobate itself. We're solving problems related to employee attendance tracking.
