All adjustments stay in place with no play due to road bumps. *Update: After two weeks of use, the mount started to loosen. So tighten the fasteners on the bracket. Then the unexpected happened - the barrel nut broke! OK. The bracket is only attached to the handlebar stem. That's why we put it in the bushings of the brake and shift cables. As a result, the cables were interfering with the fasteners I had installed on this mount. Maybe one day they will deliver a stronger nut and a bigger clamp. A larger clamp allows you to attach the mount to the frame. The bracket can then be installed under the cables.
