Based on my experience this thumb rest is a game changer for Fujifilm X-T series .It provides a more comfortable and secure grip, especially when shooting one-handed. The metal construction feels solid and adds some weight to the camera for better balance. The only downside is that it blocks the hot shoe which means you need to remove it to use a flash or an accessory..
