The product is flat and designed to be mounted on the curved surface of the fairing. This will separate the edges of the chrome from the trim. I ordered a few bucks more extra glue, cleaned the surface, applied it and held it for about five minutes. After a few minutes, the edges moved away from the panel. While it looked good it wasn't what was promised and I'm hoping the paint won't flake if it peels off as I walk down the street. I would put zero, but that's not an option. I hope I get a better product or my money back. Fall off after about a thousand kilometers. The sticky backing is still on the panel. I want my money back.
