Review on Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz by Matt Weber

Being able to have my entire office represented by one organization was very beneficial as it made for consistency throughout the process since I had only seen certain aspects done before. This is not always convenient if you go with an outside agency that may be located far away or does business through a different entity then your own corporate structure. Make sure they are familiar with how important this will impact their workload once approved! There were several things we needed help processing quickly but there wasn't anyone available or willing to assist us without approval first, which took forever due to internal issues at BDB.
