I use the Philips BHS675/00 straightener without protective equipment, since the plates are ceramic and coated with keratin, which provides hair care. You can vary the heating temperature of the straightener and the hair gets the temperature that is required to care for them, depending on the time of year and the condition of the hair. Now in the summer 130 degrees is enough for me. With the swivel cord, I feel especially comfortable when caring for my long hair. I am very happy with the straightener!
