Great shampoo, lousy packaging
When a friend introduced me to this shampoo I knew I had to use it sparingly as it's ten times the price of the brand I normally use. I bit the bullet, bought a bottle and the bottle arrived in a plastic bag (thank goodness). The lid popped open and about 20 percent of the shampoo came out - that's over $4 wasted. I still LOVE the shampoo and I know there is no solution to this problem but I want you all to know what to expect. By the way, that didn't happen with the air conditioning.
