Very happy with these bottles. heavy glass. Sturdy, well-designed pumping mechanism that can pump both light (oils) and heavy (thick shampoos and conditioners) liquids with ease. Why deducted a star? I wish they would find a clear version and they don't give instructions on how to unlock the incredibly complex pump rod. I'll tell you here: the pump stem is actually screwed into the cap, but the cap will rotate forever unless you screw the cap tight against the bottle first to prevent the inside from rotating. Then squeeze and twist the pump until it disengages from the threads (it's pretty tight there) and comes out easily. You may also need to cut the bottom of some or all of the tubes if their holes get stuck in the bottom corner of the jar, especially when placing thick materials. After all this I am very happy. with you!
