Review on 🌸 Teabloom Buckingham Palace Flowering Teapot by Michael Welborn

I bought a kettle and warmer set from Buckingham Palace for about $60 which the item description said would include a warmer as a gift for my mother, but my order didn't come with one warmer. The handle also had a large crack and the clear coat on the handle was peeling off. I am so disappointed with what I received. While it's beautiful, it really is, it's not worth $60 if parts are missing and it has a huge tear. **UPDATE** A wonderful Rep contacted me a few days ago. She really understood and tried to fix the situation. She sent us a brand new tea set with no cracks and all parts and we didn't have to send anything back. My mom was so happy when she got the new set today!
