No contact with seller. So I have a used POS. This tablet must be new and it could be BUT as far as the description is correct. He says it's a 5G tablet. NO, it is 3G. He said it's about 1.5GHz. No, the best he can pull is 1.4 at max tip with Duraspeed active. It has good graphics up to the 3 hour mark, then it gets hot and starts to lose its looks and the game starts to distort. I had to reduce the frame rate, graphics, loading speed and visual resolution to the bare minimum to keep my game running smoothly! If you want to surf the web, this is a good tablet, otherwise it's useless for me. I bought two of these because the description said a lot of good things, but it turns out they didn't. upon closer inspection of these tablets, there are cuts on both sides of this tablet, i am not satisfied at all! You can see cuts on both sides. I haven't removed the clear plastic from the back of the tablet yet, so it's fair to say I've never done it. It's also impossible to fix because the refund takes too long and I don't want to have the same problems as this time with another one. Next time I will buy local!
