After a few weeks of use and getting used to it I found it easy to assemble (once you get used to it) and fairly easy to clean. more than half a dozen parts: the motor that resides in the water chamber, the water chamber cover, the bean hopper, the bean hopper cover, the tamper, the brewed coffee hopper, the silicone gasket, the measuring spoon, the brush, and the body . hot water gives a stronger infusion than cold; 150ml of water is recommended but can be increased to 250ml (or more if you dare) but I only get 2 servings before it starts to dilute to taste. Each level locks and may vibrate when unlocked. I can open the water to flow into the bean hopper without turning on the spin. This helps extract more flavor from the fresh beans. I like to mix the finished product with ice cubes, milk and caramel syrup for the best taste. stronger flavor than my coffee pot.
