I think it's a great fan but there are a few things I don't like but I'll start with what I like. As you can see it looks cool. The colors look very nice and the blowing is quite strong. The size is really big, bigger than I expected but I think in this case more is better than too little. The price was reasonable although there were others I wanted to buy that were cheaper. I chose this one because of the 5 year warranty and because it doesn't have those little adjustable legs - it has a solid pole instead. It might not matter to some, but for me it was an important feature. It's relatively quiet and seems pretty solid and durable. The smaller fans don't feel like they're blowing much, but I think they add to the overall cooling as the metal plate you place your laptop on gets pretty cool. The phone holder is also a nice feature. Now for what I don't like about it. Many people have complained about the baffles that keep the laptop on top of the fan when it's at an angle. It's not as annoying as I thought it would be, but it does take some getting used to. My laptop is a 2nd gen Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga and it's quite thin so the baffles protrude a bit. However, I'm typing this while running on a fan and have no problem with them getting in my way. I see this can be a bigger problem if you use the trackpad a lot or if you have a different laptop. Another thing is that the only metal parts are the grille and the metal bar for adjustment. height of the fan. It would be better if most of it, especially the bottom part, was metal. Although I can see how it will increase the price and possibly make it heavier. Another thing is that the grill is too smooth. There are small rubber nubs but my laptop is too small to use them so it can slide from side to side. If they had coated the metal grid a different color it might have been less slippery. I know there are others that have them coated in rubber paint so the entire grill is "sticky". The metal grill also has sharp edges. But that's not enough to cut someone. It's just a little uncomfortable if the hand is resting for too long (although maybe I could get used to that). Speaking of color, they must be using something else. It's been less than a week for me and the paint is already peeling (as you can see in my two photos). I've never dropped it or scratched it on anything so I don't know why the paint is peeling. The only thing I can think of is maybe my sleeve rubs against it, or if I had lotion on my hands and forearms and it rubbed the color off. It's not a big deal and not very noticeable, but I have a feeling that something like this shouldn't happen in the first week of use. In general, I am very happy with them at the moment. I hope that doesn't change.
