Reliable product, wish it was better with a grille

I bought this little speaker to use with my Nintendo Switch when playing it, connected to a spare PC monitor that has no speakers. The switch has one downside (IMHO): it disables the internal speakers when outputting video to HDMI, Nintendo should have allowed that option in the system settings. I don't want to use headphones so this seemed like a good solution. I am very happy with this little speaker. The battery life is excellent, the sound is also very good considering the price and the fact that it is a single driver. It's nice that it saves battery life by turning off if there's no sound for a few minutes, but I like it. The feature can also be turned off by pressing and holding the power button until the light flashes when you turn on the speaker. When you do this, the speaker doesn't turn off automatically, it just stays on until the button is pressed again or the battery runs out. Although I bought it for my Switch, I also tested it on my tablet and phone. At a lower volume, the sound quality is the same as the built-in speakers, but when I need more volume, for example to hear music around the room, this little speaker is happy to provide it. I don't know about durability as I've only been using it for about a month but it looks well built and I haven't had any issues. The only downside, in my opinion, is the lack of a grille to protect the speaker. Of course, this changes the style and might not look as cool, but the case that comes with it, while nice, is soft and I'm concerned that if someone carelessly pushes something into the speaker box, even in a case, the speaker could be damaged . A simple steel mesh grill would be a great addition. A piece of gum is a standard size in the photo for scale.
