Didn't work right out of the box
Upon receipt we connected the scanner to three separate computers, loaded the software and the scanner scans correctly, but all images come out as either all black or all white. The troubleshooting guide recommended calibrating the scanner using the supplied calibration sheet. The scanner failed to calibrate - it gave error code 3021 (which we couldn't find in the troubleshooting section of the Iriscan website) and every time we tried to calibrate more than 3 times the scanner stopped responding and then shut down a computer. . We ultimately decided to return the scanner as we couldn't get it to work properly.
