Review on Honhill by Jacob Morrison

I'm pretty experienced at DIY, so I couldn't wait to give Honhill's online shop a try. Unfortunately, I came away from it all feeling let down. Their website may be easy to navigate, but the products they offer are severely missing. The things I bought, despite their low prices, were of poor quality and did not last long. I wasted time looking through results that were unrelated to what I was looking for because their search criteria weren't very good. In addition, their support for customers was subpar. I had some questions about my purchase and reached out to customer service, but they were unhelpful and unresponsive. It seemed more concerned with getting a sale than making sure the customer was happy. In sum, I would not suggest Honhill for any significant do-it-yourself tasks. While it's true that their website is easy to use, it lacks the quality and support that dedicated DIYers demand.
