Works as described. I was a bit concerned about the shipping packaging as it was a flimsy envelope that had been damaged by the hands (or machines) of the USPS. However, the inner plastic packaging was damaged, but the watch hands and stem mechanism survived undamaged. I bought this to replace a broken mechanism in a large wall clock and everything fit and worked fine. In this case, the hour and minute hands must be attached carefully. They have a very tight fit. Otherwise, it's worth the money and works as expected.
