They work great! I originally bought these because I was cooking for a group of over 100 people on a trip. We made about 40 pounds of shredded chicken thighs. After making the same dish about a year earlier and spending a few hours shredding a chicken with two kitchen forks, we knew there had to be an easier way! With these claws, we shredded 40 pounds of thighs in about 45 minutes. There were 2 of us and we kept swapping places because the sanding still hurts my back/shoulders. But these claws are so sharp and useful that it took less than half the time! I've since used them to make shredded pork at home and they're great for that too!
