I love my gadgets and this light is definitely useful. It's as bright or slightly brighter than a freshly cracked glowstick and is the same size with a small clip at the top. The best part is that it can be reused. I almost never need a glow stick as it has a lifespan of 8-12 hours so every time I need an hour or so of light or even a 5 minute walk in the dark I have to put in a new trail or something else. I clip it to my backpack and turn it on when I'm walking around the car at night. Also good for camping to mark food camps, water holes or bear tents at night.
