It is very user friendly, it does what you need for your organization without having to learn any new software or make changes in existing systems with out breaking something else! I don't really like how easy everyone can use this platform but that could be changed easily if needed by adding more security features as well! This system has been perfect so far because we have used almost everything they offer from their customer service through ticketing support all around our site which helps us keep things organized when dealing internally within an org.,.
