Most kibble will make him throw up shortly after eating but this food is more digestible and allows him to dress

My only cat is a Bengal rescuer suffering from serious gastrointestinal problems. Food allergies cause frequent vomiting, but I find this food largely prevents vomiting. Most kibble makes him throw up shortly after eating, but this food stays on much better and has allowed him to gain a healthy weight. He was quite thin because he didn't want to eat after vomiting. Now he throws up a lot less often and can enjoy the food more. Remember that he prefers the taste of less healthy kibble to this one, but it's better for him and he will eat it. I don't feed my cats dry food as a main meal because I don't think it's good for them. Cats generally don't drink water and need moisture in their diet to avoid crystal formation and other health problems. Typically, cats in the wild get most of their moisture from their prey, but when indoors, dry food alone is not the best option. I know people tend to feed their pets cheap pet food to save money. I've done it myself in the past - but no more than that. I've found that spending the extra money to feed her the healthiest food is far better than an expensive trip to the vet can wipe out any savings , which you could achieve by feeding inferior food. With that in mind, I use it as a between-meal supplement with magnesium, ash, and grain-free wet food — and so far it's been worth it. Since taking this and grain free food all my cats are doing much better and have fewer health problems. At 10 years old, they still act like kittens and have healthy fur and teeth.
