Pros: 1) Light weight 2) Very bright, reflective 3) Inner pocket with zipper, keeps thing secure and doesn't rub on your hand 4) Cheap Cons: 1) Velcro rubs on the hand, especially during long-distance running when the arms are tired and do not detach from the sides. Deducted 1 star for that, otherwise 5 stars. I suggest the manufacturer lengthen the side zippers so they wrap you in the front rather than the sides.
