I'm in good shape, 6'1", 208 pounds and I usually fit in a large shirt. This US XL (Asia XXL) shirt runs a little short The collar is stiff and the fabric of the shirt is quite thin, although quite acceptable; the texture is more like a cheap running shirt - a material you'll never run more than a few miles in or risk burning your nipples The stitching and piping (I believe that's what it's called) are really well done and beautiful. The stitching on the color change looks great! If the item shrinks in the wash I need US XXL (Asia XXXL) If it doesn't sag at all , then I'm satisfied. It's not as tight as the photo but it's not too blocky either. It fits almost exactly like Walmart's Russell Short Sleeve Workout Shirt, which is labeled as a training shirt. If it weren't so short, it would have I give another star n. I like the pattern and the color. I bet an XXL size would be the best choice after washing and shrinking.
