Bought for a wedding (women) in November, although coincidentally nobody saw the legs anyway. I managed to resist the urge to wear them for the whole half week after the wedding (I kept them with the dress). Now these are very comfortable slippers and they make me very happy. I used to only wear them with socks, but over time I started wearing them without socks. The soles don't get rough like most shoes when walking without socks. I wear them from waking up to falling asleep, unless I have to go shopping (I work from home) and only now (late April, 5 months of wear) the sole is starting to deteriorate. . I'm buying a new pair now, I'm getting one of the black pairs. I will probably always keep a pair of shoes like this. At $23 for a pair, that's $70 for 15 months or less than $60 for a year. So they last longer than most of my tennis shoes.
