DO NOT buy this for Camera and Photography

A Flash Fresnel Lens is designed to concentrate the light coming from a studio light or flash. This block does exactly the opposite - it spreads light everywhere. Additionally, when used with a flash, the template is in the shape of a rounded rectangle instead of a circle. I tested it with both flash and studio flash and the results were terrible with both. I compared it to a simple snoot. The Snoot kept the light in a tight circle much better (and was cheaper). Do not believe the product description or the photos of the light pattern.
