Plays very well! I haven't had any light leakage on the sides and it projects very well. The only downside for me is the cheap feel BUT I'm not complaining. After all, it's $50 gear. Very plasticky but works as advertised. I love them for my godox sl-60w

Normal assembly. At certain zoom values, it does not allow any light to leak out to the side. The zoom is rotatable and not fixed, but holds up well enough. Personally, I'd rather buy a better quality Apurture or Fresnel adapter. But it's a good starting or cost alternative if you're new to Fresnel or need something fast and portable.

I have read other reviews on this product, I have to say that some use it incorrectly or it is just not the right product for you. Either way, it's perfect for my environment and application. focus is good. with added gel. It might all look good to pull out the required amount of spillage. I wouldn't recommend flash. Use grid instead. One last note: good lighting can also make a difference. they don't have to be expensive. maybe GODOX/NEEWER SL60W Thank you for this affordable product.

Tested lens on SL60W. I would like to have a narrower and wider angle of light, but despite that I am very satisfied with the results. Bought for a spotlight at a wedding, I think it will highlight the couple well. As you can see in the pictures here I am showing the light at its narrowest and widest settings and with the reflector that comes with the light. In the photo there is a yellow filter on the lens. The red, green and blue filters worked very well.

A Flash Fresnel Lens is designed to concentrate the light coming from a studio light or flash. This block does exactly the opposite - it spreads light everywhere. Additionally, when used with a flash, the template is in the shape of a rounded rectangle instead of a circle. I tested it with both flash and studio flash and the results were terrible with both. In general I like this nozzle! I've used it as a background light the most (see photos) and I love the bottleneck you can get. I've mostly used mine with the flash + bow adapter.
