There are 5 rows for hooks that you have to install yourself. Because the bows have bands on them you can only use 3 rows like the picture. Still practical. The hooks are metal. You have to be careful hanging up the bows or you could put a hole in the fabric of the bands. See full review

First, let me just say how flippin', gosh-darned comfortable these water shoes are. I wore them in the Bahamas and honestly, I could have worn them for walking around town all day long if I'd wanted to. After trying this product, it`s clear that it's not suitable for automotive use at all. While it's marketed as a Bluetooth receiver, its connectivity is spotty at best and often results in frustrating drops and glitches. I told my Audiologist that sound volume was not my hearing loss problem, but sound clarification was. As I was assembling the rack, it was very hard to get the screw on one of the poles. Upon further inspection, I suspect the black paint had gotten in the threads and had made it narrower (see photo). I eventually made it work after some elbow grease. In addition, on one of the outer supports (where poles get screwed into), it was soldered at an angle, so that when the poles are in, they point down.
