I've had this rower for about a year. Have used it regularly (about 120,000 strokes on it so far) and it works great. It assembled quickly and easily. The action is very smooth and the seat and flywheel are both whisper-quiet.About a month ago, it started developing a slight 'tick' from one of the roller wheels that got progressively worse. I took the seat off and discovered that one of the wheels had a crack in it on the surface where it contacts the slide bar. I emailed "YosudaSportsBike" for instructions on how to buy another roller. The customer service rep couldn't have been more helpful. The rep had three! rollers immediately shipped at no charge and I was back up and rowing in less than a week!I highly recommend this rower for design, ease of use, and a company that stands behind their product and "does the right thing" for their customers.
