Keeping Me Cooler at Night
I'm a hot sleeper. I typically wake at least once in the night because I am overheated. I already have bamboo mattress pad, columbia omni freeze sheets, and a cooling pillow. It's December, so I'm not sure how accurate this assessment is, but I haven't woken up hot in the night since I added this blanket to the mix. And I did wake up every night the week before. I wasn't sure if I would like the slippery material, but I can live with it if it helps me stay cool while sleeping.
