It worked right away. I've been remodeling my new home and doing a major lawn renovation for the last two months and I've had my arms ripped off. I tried. I thought it would look oily but wait a minute or so and your hands will get hard, soft and feel like you didn't even put any cream on them. You have to give the bottle a quick shake before putting it on to mix it (it will stratify a bit in the bottle), but like their other products, a very small amount will do. So far I am very impressed with their products. I have their face lotion and body lotion (highly recommend) and also ordered their free sample kit online. I decided to order her day serum, anti aging cream, face gel and shower gel. I wish I had ordered the night serum because after using the trial kit and trying everything my skin looked better in a week than it has in years. I would recommend the unscented version, but that's my preference. Shot.
