Fits small steering wheel

My daughter's 2012 Honda Civic steering wheel is 13.5 inches in diameter. Period. All "universal" lids (14 to 15 inches) are too big. The cover fits perfectly, is durable, comfortable (she didn't want "faux leather") and is pleasing to the eye.
