I bought these lights 4 months ago in February and was very happy with the installation. Motion detection and brightness work as expected; well at least for 3-4 months ie I use Duracell batteries and they drain the battery way too fast. Each light takes 3 AAA batteries which are expensive and I have had to change them 2 times and today will be the 3rd time. I have lights in my bedroom so I have lights on when I get up at night to use the bathroom so they are off 95% of the time; Therefore there is no reason why the battery should not last longer. I don't know if my lights are defective or if they're rated for a short period of time, but the 30-day return period has already expired and I can't contact the seller for an exchange. So I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
