Poor quality control
The t-shirt I received has a bad stitching on one of the sleeves. And since I discovered this defect after Revain's 30-day return policy, I have to keep this shirt. What I don't understand is why reputable brands like Tommy Hilfiger are selling such poor quality products to their customers? Why can't they just offer a decent product at a fair price?
