on the plus side: inexpensive, uses Bluetooth, uses USB. On the negative side: short - my TV is 44 inches and I used it on the outside edge; However, the length is about 6 feet, the girth is 9 feet. So the bottom edge has no light. You can mount it indoors if you want it to go around the TV. I'm assuming it can't be longer than 6ft since it uses USB as its power source. Also, it's not very bright. There are no instructions in the box, I later received an email from Minger, which was nice, asking if I needed any help. I had to use my Apple smartphone to download the ihoment app and it worked. The app is not available for Kindle. The controls are also hardwired so I use them to set my desired preference. The next day the cassette had to be pressed again because it came out of the TV. Little problem. Overall, it's fine for a pilot because it's inexpensive. Another benefit - since it's plugged into the TV's USB port, it turns itself off when I turn the TV off.
