Let me start by saying that putting a defective product in a nice box doesn't make it a great product. If you know that a product is defective, e.g. B. in the firmware, you need to notify the customers and fix the problem. I had to return the product for a refund as the remotes would not connect to my PS4 even though they were reset and fully charged. As long as the product is correctly pictured and nicely packaged, if the firmware is defective, it's useless that I have to pay someone to fix it.
