Let me start by saying that putting a defective product in a nice box doesn't make it a great product. If you know that a product is defective, e.g. B. in the firmware, you need to notify the customers and fix the problem. I had to return the product for a refund as the remotes would not connect to my PS4 even though they were reset and fully charged. As long as the product is correctly pictured and nicely packaged, if the firmware is defective, it's useless that I have to pay someone to fix…

These controllers looked great and had a lot of promise, but once I started playing you could tell they weren't that great. Your gaming experience wasn't that great. Joysticks are very sensitive and when you play games like Call of Duty you have to fiddle with the sensitivity settings just to be able to use them. Eventually you get too frustrated and end up not wanting to use them. If you're buying them for a kid, that's great, but for an adult, or at least someone who plays games regularly…
