The price of these filters does not bite. I used them to replace the filters on my Samsung fridge (D29 or whatever number they advertise) and they fit perfectly. Some people thought they were smaller than the original Samsung but I compared the 2 and didn't see any difference. As far as clarity/taste/all those good things about water, I can't tell them apart from the branded ones. Tip: The first few times you take water out of the fridge it will sound awful until you get rid of all the bubbles. So don't be afraid of it. Also, it fills with water/pressure when it's installed, so don't be afraid of that, but make sure it's actually fully installed because these filters (by Samsung's design they did) are pretty sturdy. to turn around. But that's good as they don't fall out or anything like that. One last tip: have paper towels on hand to remove the old filter as it will be full of water and spill when you remove it.
