Great keyboard for osu!

This keyboard works great, just a few things to note: The two main keys are mapped to Z and X so I don't know how it would work if you wanted to remap them, but it works great for the intended purpose on osu! I highly recommend getting a set of replacement switches for this keyboard, although if you hit something long and hard enough like you do for osu then the switches will eventually die no matter what keyboard/keyboard you use. The quality of the device doesn't seem to matter, after all the switches will suit any keyboard as long as you use them for that purpose. Replacing the switches is very easy and cheap (the keyboard comes with a switch removal tool) and it's as easy as putting in a new switch, and some replacement switches can be as little as 80 cents each. The keyboard supports both 3-pin and 5-pin switches, which means you can use about 99% of the switches on this board, not just Cherry/Kailh/Gateron as listed (I use Tealio switches myself) . A minor downside to this product is that when you have it on a super slick, slippery desk like mine, the keyboard can slip under your hand a bit, not so much that it flies away from under you, but definitely enough to make you notice Movement. You can easily solve this problem by using a little tape or a non-stick pad, I did that and now it won't move at all. As far as I can tell, you can't customize the RGB lighting, but that's okay as it looks okay with the default template, cycling through various complementary color combinations (like blue and orange, red and green, etc.). Build quality seems solid and the included cable is about a meter long. I've done it on 300bpm cards with no problems.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Secret

My son really enjoys playing OSU with it, gives him less cramps in his hand.
